The city is under technofascist rule; every corner has a camera, a cop, and a disdain for art and soul. You have your wheels of choice, the city’s desolate walls, and a spray can rattling with the voices of the silenced. Time to remind the guys in charge that people live here.
Fight against the regime and bring life back to your city and its people. The Board will try to thwart your efforts with their militarized police forces; but a good beat and a will to change the world can’t be stopped. Block by block, liberate the people from the drab tones of beige and gray, and snap their minds out of The Haze with music so loud they can’t stop dancing!
SOUL CONCEPT is a one page TTRPG that can be played with 2 six sided dice. It's meant to be something that is easy to pick up and play for a night with friends.
